In my role as Selections Coordinator, I lead the recruitment and onboarding process for team members. I develop structured evaluation methods, coordinate interviews, and work closely with leadership to build a strong, diverse, and committed team.

As Productions Coordinator, I managed the creative and logistical aspects of BuckeyeThon’s large-scale events. I coordinated production schedules, oversaw audiovisual elements, and collaborated with multiple committees to ensure smooth and engaging event experiences for participants and donors.
